The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the application window for the December 2023 edition of the University Grants Commission National Entrance Test (UGC NET 2023) soon. As per the exam notification, application and registration will end on October 28 (5 pm ) and the application fee can be paid till 11:50 pm on October 29.
Candidates can apply on ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
After registrations, NTA will give a two-day window between October 30 and 31(11:50 P.M) during which candidates can edit their forms.
As per the schedule, exam city slips will be announced in the last week of November and admit cards will be issued in the first week of December.
The national eligibility test is scheduled for December 6 to 22, 2023. Answer key and result dates have not been announced yet.
UGC NET 2023 application fee:
For General/unreserved category candidates: ₹1,150
For General-EWS/OBC-NCL: ₹600
SC/ST/PwD/Third gender: ₹325
UGC has warned candidates to submit only one application form. Strict action will be taken against those who submit multiple applications, it said.
